Questionmark Issue in Apple iPhone | PTcle

For those of you that are dealing with the frustration of typing an email or text message on your apple device running iOS 11 or later and noticed your “I”s are turning into “A ?”s.

Here is what you can do to work around the issue until it’s fixed in a future update.

  1. Go to Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> Text Replacement
  2. Tap + in the upper right corner
  3. For Phrase, type a lower-case “i”. For Shortuct, type an upper-case “I”
  4. Hit Save
